Actions needed
The applicant for this service must present the original of the document to the agents of the civil status service for each copy or several copies that he wishes to certify that they are identical to the original.
Comments
- It is forbidden to certify copies of the original on documents contrary to morality and disturbing public order.
- Administrative documents presented by State services, local authorities or public administrative establishments are exempt from payment.

Notes
- The certificates that require certification of conformity with the original according to the decision of the Minister of the Interior are as follows:
- Various academic and school certificates.
- Lease agreements.
- A tax amount of 750 millimes (seven hundred and fifty millimes) is required for each certification process, within the limit of 3 copies of the same document.
