Actions needed
The document must be submitted by the applicant himself to the agents of the civil status service.
Required Documentation
The signature is defined by memorizing one of the following official documents:
- National identity card.
- Department of Homeland Security Alien Identity Card
- Passport.
Personal signature
The signature is nominative and prior to the civil status service.
Notes
- It is forbidden to sign documents contrary to morality and disturbing public order.
- Administrative documents presented by State services, local authorities or public administrative establishments are exempt from payment.
